NORWELL, MA – Jacqueline (Stillman) Halowack, age 54, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Norwell, MA on July 7, 2014.
Jackie was born in Little Rock, AK on November 9, 1957, the daughter of Paul O Stillman and the late Joanne D Stillman. Jackie is survived by her husband William Halowack (Norwell, MA), daughter Katherine Halowack (Westport, CT), son Brian William Halowack (Norwell, MA), father Paul Stillman of Hilton Head, SC; brother Phillip Stillman of Charlotte, NC; sister Deborah Stillman of Westport, CT, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Joanne Stillman and brother Robert Stillman.
Jackie graduated from Hartwick College in 1981 with a B.A. in Psychology. She began her career in the financial services industry and was an Equity Portfolio Manager prior to marrying to her husband Bill of 25 years. A devoted mother to Kate and Brian; Jackie was actively committed to supporting organizations for children with special needs. She was a member of the Wollaston Golf Club, an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time in her gardens.
Family and friends gathered to honor Jackie at McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home in Norwell, MA. A private funeral and internment will be held at a later date.
