Cheryl Ann (Lawson) Vymislicky, 73, of Whitney Point went to be with the Lord on May 28, 2014.
Cheryl was born in New Berlin on June 17, 1940 the daughter of Arthur and Linnetta (Camp) Lawson. She is survived by her four children, Neal (Lisa), Callie Ann (Matt), Jeffrey (Sara) and Barry, two sisters Elaine Clum and Jane Lawson as well as 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Cheryl was a 1959 graduate of the Gilbertsville Central School and went on to serve in a variety of positions in her community. She was a devoted and selfless mother, wife and sister. She loved to make crafts and shared them with her family and friends and was always ready for a game of pitch. Cheryl was a caring and loving person who always put others first. She had many friends but there was one who was very special, her roommate Alayne Lyons at Valley View Manor.

Cheryl was predeceased by her brother David Lawson.
Graveside services for Cheryl will be held on Sat., June 21, at Noon from the Upper Lisle Cemetery. A luncheon will follow at 1:45 from the New Life Fellowship Hall at the First Baptist Church in Gilbertsville, NY for family and friends.
