ROSALIE G. HEWITT
CAYUGA – Roaslie G. Hewitt, 67, a former resident of Norwich, died unexpectedly Monday, March 31, 2014 at her home in Cayuga, NY where she had lived since November.
Rosalie was born July 8, 1946 in Glendale, CA, the daughter of William Frances and Dorothy deMoure Hewitt.
She is survived by two daughters – Samantha (Farnham) O’Hora of Seneca Falls, NY and Jessica Farnham of Oxford, NY. She is also survived by her sisters, Willa Haynes, Alice Sheehan and Meredith Repassy. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Megan O’Hora and Evan O’Hora and great grandchildren, Brandon Culpepper Jr. and Kenleagh Culpepper.
There are no services scheduled as it was Rosalie’s wish to have a private service this summer. Plans will be announced in the future. In accordance with her wishes, any who wish to may plant a tree in Rosalie’s memory.
Her greatest wish was for those who knew her to remember her with love and laughter. The world is a dimmer place without her light. She will be missed.
