DONALD S. HATTON
COVENTRY – Donald S. Hatton, 85, of Coventry, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 8, 2014. He was predeceased by sons, Bruce and Larry and by parents, Erford and Sarah Hatton. Donald is survived by his wife of 58 years, Phyllis Hatton; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Roger Shaw; son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Tammy Hatton; daughter-in-law, Fran Hatton; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Alice and Charlie Peters; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Don was a dairy farmer for most of his life. He was a Charter and Lifelong member of Coventry Fire Department.
A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at Coventry United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Coventry Fire Department 109 North Road, Greene, New York 13778 or to Coventry United Methodist Church.
