Patsy “Jean” Fowler, 66, of Bainbridge, NY passed away at her home, surrounded by family and friends, on Jan. 30, 2014. Jean was born in Washington DC, daughter of deceased Archie R. Fowler and Josephine Davis.
Jean graduated from Univ. Of MD, worked several years as fashion designer in NYC and moved to Bainbridge some 30 years ago. Here she was owner of Berry Hill Garden B&B and real estate broker of NY Upstate Properties.
She is survived by her sister, Diane London of Atlanta, GA, brothers, Alan Fowler of Florida and Robert Dale Fowler of Maryland.
A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 at her home where family and friends remembered her love of creating her B&B and helping others find a home in the area. She will be missed. Donations can be made in her memory at UR Worth It, Inc. www.urworthit.org.
