ANDREW CUSHMAN
PLYMOUTH – Andrew B. Cushman, 25, of Plymouth, passed away Tuesday evening, Dec. 17, 2013 at his home.
Andrew was born on Nov. 14, 1988 in Norwich the son of Brian Cushman and Kelly Brown Cushman. He attended the Norwich schools where he was a member of the Purple Tornado Football Team and graduated with the class of 2007. His entire world revolved around his brother Garrett, the kids who he enjoyed mentoring and teaching at the Norwich Family YMCA where he worked and serving his community as a volunteer fireman. He enjoyed time spent with his family and his canine friend Mya. Andrew also enjoyed his NASCAR, local dirt track racing with the Rothwell Dirt Track Racing Team and was an avid Syracuse and Buffalo Bills fan.
Andrew his survived by his parents Brian and Kelly Cushman, his brother Garrett, girlfriend Kari Loomis, his maternal grandparents Robert and Joan Brown and his paternal grandparents Gerald and Linnea Cushman. Also surviving are his aunts and uncles Melanie and Stan Law, Shawn and Julita Cushman, Guy and Pat Brown, Cindy Rowe and companion Pat Gates and Wendy and Walt Upham along with many cousins and friends.
A celebration of Andrew’s life will be held on Sunday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. from the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home with Jack Goodchild officiating.
Friends may call at the R.J.Fahy Funeral Home on Sunday from noon until the time of the service at 2 p.m.
