MORRISVILLE – Frances M. (Kelley) Foster, 85, of West Main St., passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday, December 6, 2013 from the Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 31 Cedar St., Morrisville, followed by interment in the Morrisville Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday from Noon until 2pm prior to the service.
