NORWICH – Donald Loomis, 79, of Norwich, passed away Sunday afternoon, Dec. 7, 2008 at his home from injuries sustained in a fire. His wife, Ida M. Loomis, 80, also of Norwich, passed away Thursday morning, Dec. 11, 2008 at the Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse from injuries she sustained in the same fire.
Funeral services for Don and Ida will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17 from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeremy Stopford will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
Friends may call at the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6 to 9 p.m.
