WHITE HEATH, ILL. – Gerald (Jerry) Darling, 52, of White Heath, Ill., passed away Dec. 7, 2008, in Carle Hospital, Champaign, Ill.
Jerry was born the son of Kenneth and Wanda (McKeon) Darling on May 11, 1956. He attended Norwich School graduating, with the Class of 1974. He worked for the Victory Markets in Norwich, and later moved to Illinois where he made his home. Jerry worked for Ring Can Corp. out of Oakland, Tenn. until his health made him retire after 22 years.
Surviving are his wife, Cathi; three sons; his mother & father, Kenneth & Wanda Darling, Norwich; his brothers, Patrick & Lisa Darling of Norwich, Tim & Sara Darling of Mountain Top, Pa. and Michael of Illinois along with several nephews and nieces.
Services will be held Wednesday evening in Monticello, Ill.
