NORWICH – William R. McCook, 88, former Norwich resident, passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 18, 2008 in St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston. Funeral arrangements for Bill are pending and will be published in a later edition of The Evening Sun.
