NORWICH – Robert R. Frank, 77, of Norwich, passed away early Sunday morning, Aug. 17, 2008 in the Bassett Hospital of Cooperstown.
Funeral services for Robert will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday from the R.J. Fahy Funeral Home.
