NORWICH – Joan E. Brower, 64, of Norwich, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, at her home.
Funeral services for Joan will be held on Sunday, Dec. 30, at 1 p.m. from the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Englehardt, Pastor of the Catskill Mountain Christian Center in Margaretville, will officiate. Interment in Mt. Hope Cemetery will be in the spring. Friends are invited to call at the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home on Sunday from 11 a.m. until the service at 1 p.m.
