NORWICH –  Newell Charles “Charlie” Chase, 63, passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at his Beaver Meadow home.
Memorial services for Charlie will be held on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2008, at 6 p.m. from the R. J. Fahy Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeremy Stopford of Norwich will officiate.
Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, with full military rites, will be held in the spring.
Charlie’s family has asked that memorial contributions be sent to Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St., Norwich, NY 13815.
