Michael Boise


WESTFIELD – Michael William Boise, age 26, of Crown Point Circle, Concord, N.C., formerly of Westfield died Monday afternoon, Dec. 10, 2007 at North East Medical Center in Concord from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident that afternoon.
 Mike was born on Sept. 15, 1981 in Westfield, the son of Gordon E. Boise of Westfield and Trisha Anne (Berkhouse) Brewer of Belleville, MI. 
 A 2000 graduate of WACS, he attended SUNY Delhi where he studied computer aided drafting.  He had been employed by Path Truck Lines and Pro Oil as a Professional Truck Driver. He moved to North Carolina in the spring of 2007 and gained employment as a driver with Space Flooring Company and had recently taken a job as a salesperson in automotive sales on the day of his accident.  While in High School, he had been active in many sports; including, baseball, the rifle team, football and several other sports.
Mike enjoyed cars, hunting, racing stock cars, playing Monopoly and his cherished Harley Davidson Night Train.  Mike will be remembered as a kind, loving, outgoing person who greatly loved and enjoyed his many friends and his caring family.
 Survivors include his father and step-mother who raised him, Gordon E. and Trina (Bemis) Boise of Westfield, his mother, Trisha Anne (Berkhouse) Brewer and her husband Tim of Belleville, Mich., his half-brother, Matthew E. Boise of Westfield, his half-sister Kelley Brewer of Belleville, Mich.; his maternal grandfather, Thomas Berkhouse and his wife Janese of Westfield, his maternal grandmother Linda (Johnson) Berkhouse of Columbus, Ohio, his paternal grandfather, Edward Boise and his wife Leah of Juliustown, N.J.; and his paternal grandmother, Joan (Delcamp) Boise of Erie, Pa.  Aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
 Friends may call at the Mason Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St., Westfield, from 2-4 p.m., and 7-9 p.m., Friday. The funeral will be held privately with Rev. Dr. Arthur Webster officiating. Burial will be Westfield Cemetery.
