NORWICH — The Norwich Purple Tornado golf team hosted rivals Oneonta on Tuesday, coming away with a 214-230 victory to improve to 5-0 on the season.

Brevin Bennett and Matthew Brunick both led Norwich with 35s on the par 36 front nine. Charlie Smith chipped in a 46 while Payne Skillin had a 48 and Jacob Lobdell with a 50. Kinnon Bennett finished as the team’s sixth golfer on the day.

Norwich (5-0) heads to face Seton Catholic on Thursday at 4 p.m.
