GREENE—After a short break in between games, the Greene Trojans girls' soccer team returned to action on Monday hosting non-league opponent Groton.

Greene, who last won the Sherburne-Earlville tournament, remain unbeaten on the season with a 1-0 victory in overtime.

Hailey Butler scored the game-winner off an assist by Miah Cragle. Butler continues to lead the Trojans in goals so far to start the season.

Greene (4-0) resumes MAC league on the road against Walton/Downsville on Friday at 5 p.m.
