NORWICH — The Norwich girls' tennis team hosted Waverly on Monday night, where the Purple Tornado won 7-0 in just their second match of the season.

Riley Wolford won first singles by scores of 6-2 and 6-0. Rori Gates won in two 6-0 sets for the second singles as Finley Farrow won the third singles in two 6-1 sets.

Elle Waters was the fourth singles, where she won 6-2 and 6-0.

Paulina He and Alice Boland went for the first doubles, where the duo won in two 6-0 sets.

Mattie Merritt and G Breese won second doubles 6-0 and 6-1 while Mia Tang and Skylr Newman took a win by forefit for the third doubles.
