SOUTH NEW BERLIN— The South New Berlin Horseshoe Club finished its 10th week of play on July 1. Billy Schermerhorn and John Edwards of Potter’s Tires and Lee Coon and Jess Sherwood were tied after week nine but Potter’s Tires gained leverage with Kelly’s Flowers on a bye week.

Potter’s Tires moves four wins ahead at a record of 34-6.

Kelly’s Flowers remains in second with The Stadium at three, Webster Paving at number four, and Fun Lovers moving one spot to round out the top five.

Ed Webster and Cindy Miller swept both the men’s and women’s leaderboards.

Webster had a high game of a 71 and a high series of a 186.

Miller finished with the highest game of a 41 and a high series of a 97.

Potter’s Tires swept all the team leaderboards to close out the week.

The South New Berlin Horseshoe Club meets every Wednesday night through now until September.
