NEWARK VALLEY—The Oxford-Greene track and field teams competed at the Section IV, Class C championship in Newark Valley, where the O-G girls came in ninth with 28 points as the boys finished fourth with 54 points.

Girls' Track:

Clara Leach came in sixth in the 100 meter dash with a time of 13.25 seconds.

Clare Tompkins took third in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:59.72.

Amani Amin finished 20th in the 400 meter run with a time of 1:16.68 as Joyce Coston came in 12th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:22.28.

Tompkins took second in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:25.11 with Lilliana Davalius in 10th with a time of 2:45.84.

Makenzie Williams finished 17th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 30.92 seconds as Charlotte Hibler came in 20th with a time of 33.21 seconds.

Amelia Moroch, Maddy Wise, Williams, and Leach competed in the girls'4x100, where they finished seventh with a time of 55.95 seconds.

Leach, Davalius, Williams, and Tompkins took sixth in the 4x400 with a time of 4:37.14.

Girls'Field:

Londynn Widrick finished eighth in the shot put with a throw of 24 feet, 10 and a half inches as Kaitlynn Ives came in 11th with a throw of 24 feet, two and a half inches.

Ives threw for 86 feet, nine inches in the discus for sixth place as Widrick finished 21st with a throw of 46 feet, two inches.

Khloe Waltz came in sixth in the long jump with a jump of 14 feet, two and a half inches with Amelia Moroch in 14th with a jump of 12 feet, 11 inches.

Clara Leach took third in the triple jump with a jump of 32 feet, nine and a half inches as Moroch finished 13th with a jump of 28 feet, eight and 3/4 inches.

Waltz cleared four feet, eight inches in the high jump for fourth place.

Boys' Track:

Anthony Bourn won the boys' 3000 meter steeplechase with the fastest time of 10:32.32.

Keegan Waltz won the boys' 400 meter run with the fastest time of 49.74 seconds as Eddie Golden earned a 10th place finish with a time of 55.62 seconds.

Gordon Smith came in fourth place in the 1600 meter run with a time of 4:41.87 with Haven Bourn in eighth place with a time of 5:05.42.

Sherman Ludolph earned a 10th place finish in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:14.91 as Calvin Moore finished 13th with a time of 2:17.02.

Waltz took second in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.35 seconds while Liam Griffin came in 17th with a time of 25.48 seconds.

Smith took third in the 3200 meter run with a time of 10:21.09 as Anthony Bourn earned a sixth place finish with a time of 10:59.55.

Dallyn Camp, David Dunckel, Griffin, and Waltz finished sixth in the boys'4x100 meter relay with a time of 46.78 seconds.

Eddie Golden, Griffin, Camp, and Waltz came in fourth in the boys'4x400 with a time of 3:34.60.

Boys' Field:

Urijah Dibble came in sixth in the shot put with a throw of 41 feet, three and a half inches. Isaac Utter finished 19th with a throw of 35 feet, seven and a quarter inches with Aiden Mellem in 24th with a throw of 32 feet, six inches.

Utter threw for 129 feet, two inches for sixth in the discus with Mellem in 31st with a throw of 76 feet, six inches.

Liam Philippone took fifth in the boys' long jump with a jump of 18 feet, 10 and a quarter inches as Haven Bourn finished 13th with a jump of 16 feet, seven and 3/4 inches.

Philippone took third in the triple jump with a jump of 40 feet, five and a quarter inches with Sherman Ludolph in 14th with a jump of 31 feet, eight and a quarter inches.
