SHERBURNE—The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves flag football team earned the fourth seed in the Section III, Class C tournament, where they hosted fifth seeded OnTech on Friday night.
S-E shut out OnTech 12-0 in the quarter finals to advance to the semis to play top seed Oneida.
After a scoreless first half by both teams, S-E got on the board in the third quarter as eighth grader Abbie Green returned a 29-yard punt for a touchdown.
Sadie Davis caught a nine-yard touchdown pass from Emma Webb on a cruical fourth down.
Webb went 24-for-36 for 167 yards and the one touchdown pass.
Sadie Davis caught nine passes for a team-high 73 yards and the touchdown.

Bella Whorrall caught the ball three times for 33 yards while Olivia Parker caught two passes for 15 yards.
Savanna Hook (five yards) and Peyton Darragh (four yards) both caught the ball once.
Parker led the team on the ground with six carries for 25 yards.
Webb rushed four times for 13 yards as Cassie Slater had two carries for four yards and Kadyn Babcock with two carries for two yards.
Davis had one carry for three yards.
Savanna Hook led the team defensively with nine flag pulls while Olivia Parker had seven flag pulls.
Davis and Green came up big with one interception each in the win.
S-E (4-10) travels to take on top seed Oneida on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
