OTEGO—The Unadilla Valley/GMU softball team faced Unatego on Wednesday to close out the 2026 season.

UV/GMU fell 16-1 in five innings.

The Storm got its lone run in the top of the fourth inning as Gabby llaraza singled with one out, Alivia Jorgenson was hit by the pitch, and Layla Stevens walked to load the bases.

llaraza scored on a steal of home before the final out.

llaraza led the team with two hits as Madison Anderson had one hit in the loss.

Cadance Mikalunas went four innings, allowing 16 runs (six earned) on 11 hits, and three walks.
