DELHI—The Unadilla Valley Storm softball team traveled to take on Delhi on Thursday, where the Storm fell 18-3.
The Bulldogs scored eight runs in the first, three in the second, six in the third, and their final run in the bottom of the fourth inning.
UV got on the board first as Madison Anderson led off the game with an infield single, advanced to second on a ground out and to third on a hit by Gabby Ilaraza.
Anderson came in to score on a steal of home before the final out.
The Storm scored its final two runs in the final at-bats as Lily Buss was hit by the pitch with one out and advanced to second on Anderson's walk.
Addy Ballard was hit by the pitch to load the bases with two outs.
Alivia Jorgenson drove in a run on an infield single before Anderson again scored on a steal of home before the final out.
UV (0-4) hosts Franklin on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
