S-E Baseball Falls Short To Westmoreland

WESTMORELAND— The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves baseball team traveled to play at Westmoreland on Monday, where the Timberwolves fell short 10-8.

S-E's Ty Reihl had one hit and two RBIs while Chad Nower had two hits, including a double, and drove in a run.

Cooper Thorpe also drove in a run and went three-for-three at the plate, including a double as well.

Jack Bohnert had a hit and drove in a team-high three runs in the loss.

Jay Tackabury had two hits as Parker McCracken and Ally Whaley each had one hit.

Tomek Jusianiec went three innings on the mound for S-E, allowing seven runs (five earned) on five hits, five walks, and struck out five batters.

Whaley worked two and a third innings of relief, allowing three runs (one earned) on three hits, three walks, and two strikeouts.

Reihl got the final out with a strikeout.

S-E (0-2) hosts Canastota this afternoon at 4:30 p.m.
