CHENANGO COUNTY — The Basketball Coaches Association of New York, Inc. (BCANY) released the Section IV award recipients for 2026. Congratulations to all, especially Norwich’s Abby Flynn on being named BCANY Section IV Class A’s Coach of the Year.
