NORWICH — Blood Moon Tattoo will be hosting their grand opening flash day event from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 21.

The shop is located at 22 South Broad Street in downtown Norwich, in the back unit of the former Trophy Guy building. Entrance is available from the Hayes Street parking lot.

There will be a variety of small flash designs to choose from, ranging in price from $50 to $100. Options include Friday the 13th and Valentine’s Day designs, TV and movie characters, florals and plants, a commemorative emu tattoo, and much more!

Designs are a set size, linework only, and will only be tattooed on arms and legs. Individuals must be 18 or older, and tattoos will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Blood Moon Tattoo is owned and operated by tattoo artist Cora Genter. Her favorite styles to tattoo are blackwork – a high-contrast style that features bold outlines, large areas of solid black, and stipple shading – as well as neotraditional, a modern evolution of American traditional style that incorporates illustrative designs, varied line weights, and muted colors.
