CHENANGO COUNTY— The Section III basketball sectional brackets were announced on Wednesday, where both the Sherburne-Earlville boys and girls as well as the Otselic Valley boys are ready to play extra basketball.

The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves boys’ basketball team, as the 16th seed, will host 17-seed South Lewis this evening at 6 p.m. S-E looks to avenge an overtime loss to the Falcons on Dec. 29.

The Lady Timberwolves, on the other hand, will be on the road as the 13th seed, taking on fourth seeded Cazenovia, tonight at 6 p.m.

The Otselic Valley Vikings boys’ basketball team earned the 11th seed in the Section III, Class D tournament, where the Vikings will travel to Copenhagen on Friday at 6 p.m.
