SYRACUSE— The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves co-ed swim team competed in the Section III, Class B/C Championship with prelims on Saturday and the finals on Tuesday, February 10. S-E finished eighth with 145 points.

S-E’s 400 free relay took fifth with a team of Parker McCracken, Ava Flanagan, Brendan McCracken, and Robert Schaefer coming in with a time of 4:10.51.

Clayton Lawton, Lindsay Hatch, Madelyn Chouinard, and Isaac Larchar finished seventh in the 200 medley relay with a time of 2:37.06.

Ava Flanagan, Isaac Larchar, Robert Schaefer, and Parker McCracken took seventh in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:48.97.

Parker McCracken led S-E with a fourth place finish in the 100 breaststroke with a season-best time of 1:11.52 with Brendan McCracken in eighth with a personal best time o 1:19.61.

Ava Flanagan came in eighth place with a season-best time of 2:19.55 as Parker McCracken had an eighth place finish in the 50 free with a time of 25.17 seconds. Flanagan also swam in the 100 butterfly, where she came in ninth with a personal best time of 1:11.50.

Brendan McCracken earned a new personal best in the 100 free with a time of 1:04.43 for 14th place.

Robert Schaefer came in 11th in the 100 backstroke with a personal best time of 1:14.14 as Amelia Furlong finished 14th in the 500 free with a time of 7:08.08.
