UV Bowling Splits With Hancock

HANCOCK— The Unadilla Valley bowling teams traveled to take on Hancock on Thursday, where the UV girls took all three games and the series and the Storm boys fell in a sweep.

The Storm girls defeated Hancock 2220-1264 with Hancock limited to three bowlers.

Kylie Menard led UV with a 477 series with a 180 in her final game. Amelia Beckwith, Sarina Bell, Natalie Smith, Layla Stevens, Hunter Sherman, and Sherri Conklin all split time on the lanes.

Smith finished with a 326 series with a 142 and a 184. Beckwith had a team-high 186 and also added a 138 to have a 324 series.

Conklin added a 167 and a 139 for a 306 series as Bell finished with a 130 and a 156 to have a 286 series.

Stevens rolled a 150 and a 125 to finish with a 275 series while Sherman bowled a 111 and a 115 to add a 226 series.

The Storm boys fell by a final score of 2866-2645.

Teagin Eccleston led UV with a 632 series with a 202, a 220, and a 210.

Brayden Prentice added a 537 series with a 215 in his final game.

Zack Dutcher finished with a 510 series with a 198 in his third game.

Gavyn Bass rolled a 485 series as Landin Eccleston had a 481 series.

UV hosts B-G this evening at 3:45 p.m. for the Storm’s final home match of the season.
