UV Bowling Sweeps Greene/Oxford

NEW BERLIN — The Unadilla Valley Storm and Greene/Oxford bowling teams faced off in a MAC league matchup on Tuesday, where UV boys and girls swept the match.

The UV boys defeated Greene/Oxford 2842-2515. Teagin Eccleston led the Storm with a 654 series with a 245 and a 248. Brayden Prentice added a 599 series with a 232 in his first game.

Zack Dutcher finished with a 561 series with a 204 in his first game as Landin Eccelston rolled a 549 series with a 212 in his second game. Gavyn Bass had a 479 series.

Aiden Carter led the Greene/Oxford boys with a 545 series with a 218 in his final game.

Max Drazen followed with a 526 series with a 213 in his second game as Logan Anderson bowled a 508 series with a 211 in his first game.

Orion Lamen finished with a 500 series with a 219 in his second game as Logan Roth rolled a 436 series.

The Storm girls picked up the 2411-2176 victory.

Sarina Bell led UV with a 512 series with a 180 and a 186. Layla Stevens added a 508 series with a 178 and a 171.

Amelia Beckwith finished with a 500 series with a high of a 192 in her final game as Kylie Menard had a 447 and Natalie Smith with a 444 series.

Melana Gregware led the Greene/Oxford girls with a 484 series with a 183 in her final game. Danica Fowlston rolled a 474 series with a 172 in her second game.

Cassidy Johns had a 421 series as Shania Valmy finished with a 401 and Abby Roth and Haylee Erceg split time on the lanes.

Roth bowled a 117 and a 138 to finish with a 255 series as Erceg finished with a 141.
