O-G Girls Wrestling Fall To Oneonta

ONEONTA— On Tuesday, the Oxford-Greene girls' wrestling team traveled to Oneonta to compete in a dual meet against the Yellow Jackets.

O-G fell 34-15 in a tough match.

In the match, O-G's Maggie Braman earned a win by forfeit at 114 pounds as teammate Mira Gaylord had a quick :14 pin against Galisia Dukes in the 132 weight class.

0-G's Lily Karn also came away with a fast :55 pin at 165 pounds against Oneonta's Nathan Cohn.

Brayleigh Mustin fell in a 2:02 pin at 120 pounds to Jae Rivera.

Christina Greene fell by tech fall at 125 pounds.

Oneonta picked up five forfeit wins to defeat Oxford-Greene.

The O-G girls are expected to compete against the Sherburne-Earlville girls in the dual meet, where the boys will also be competing, this evening around 6 p.m.
