POLAND— On Friday night, the Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves boys’ basketball team traveled to Poland to take on the Tornadoes. S-E snapped a three-game skid with a 20-point 59-39 victory.
S-E stayed on tempo throughout the whole contest and even held Poland to 16 points in the first half.
The Timberwolves led 24-16 at halftime and kept the momentum in the second half, even with the Tornadoes picking up the pace.
Bryce Bevilacqua led S-E with 19 points with two three-pointers and made five free-throws.
Camden Marino finished with 13 points as Cam Mann added 12 points.
Nolan Sigman had eight points while Joey Tomsic netted four points and Jordan Palmer finished with two points. Tomek Jusianiec added a single free-throw in the win.
S-E (6-9) hosts Hamilton on Friday at 7 p.m.
