NORWICH — The Norwich Purple Tornado girls’ basketball team hosted Sus Valley on Thursday night in a STAC division battle. Norwich, who was undefeated prior to the contest, suffered their first loss of the 2025-26 season 64-51.

In the high-scoring affair, Norwich’s Brooklyn Burke led the team with 19 points, including four three’s. Josey Ryan had 10 points as Emma Urgo finished with seven and Kerragan Reid with five points.

Norwich (6-1) heads to Windsor on Saturday at 1:45 p.m.
