SIDNEY — The Norwich Purple Tornado boys’ basketball team continues to excel on the court this season as they defeated non-league opponent Sidney on the road on Monday night. The Purple Tornado came away with a 62-49 victory after trailing briefly at halftime.

Kassen Stubb led Norwich with 21 points as Aiden Young followed with 11 points. Cooper Chrystie added nine points and Brayden Adoff with eight points in the win.

Norwich (7-0) heads to the UV holiday tournament on December 27 and 29.
