SAUQUOIT VALLEY—The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves boys' basketball team traveled to Sauquoit Valley to take on the Red Hawks to begin CSC league play. S-E, down 25-17 at halftime, made a big combeack win on the road, with a 44-35 victory.
The Timberwolves outscored the Red Hawks 27-10 in the second half, even holding them to one point in the final eight minutes.
Nolan Sigman led the Timberwolves with 15 points and six rebounds.
Cam Mann had 11 points with six rebounds as well as Jordan Palmer finished with 10 points and five rebounds.
Mike Behret added five points, three rebounds, and had three steals in the win.
S-E (3-1) heads to Hamilton on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
