CORTLAND COUNTY - On December 5 at approximately 7:49 p.m., New York State Police at Homer arrested Logan Boliver, 22 of Fayetteville, NY for 2nd degree Rape, a “D” Class felony and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

A police investigation began in November and a subsequent investigation determined that Boliver had sexual contact with a child under the age of 15.

Boliver was arrested and transported to the Cortland County Jail for centralized arraignment.

Investigators believe that Boliver may have had inappropriate sexual contact with additional underaged victims.
