LAURENS — The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats girls’ basketball team started the 2025-26 season on a high note as they traveled to Laurens for the annual Pat Grasso tournament, where they won the tournament for the second consecutive year. B-G defeated both South Kortright and Laurens. Congratulations to the Bobcats JV girls on winning the tournament as well.

Congratulations to Jayslin Henderson on being named tournament MVP and to Marissa Mayo on making the all-tournament team.

Peyton Umbra led the Bobcats with 10 points as Emma Kinter finished with nine. Jayslin Henderson and Tori Suda both had eight points and Mayo with seven. Kamry Patten made three-of-four free-throws she received.
