EARLVILLE — The Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves bowling team is back for a new 2025 season. The Timberwolves started on a high note with a 5-0 victory over Sauquoit Valley at Hi-Skor Lanes on Tuesday afternoon. The total score was S-E 2279 to Sauquoit’s 1830.
S-E’s Matthew Morgan led the team with a 536, rolling an impressive 213 in the final third game while another notable returner Leland Smith had a 202 in his second game and finished with an overall 504.
Senior Nick Jenkins also returns this season and bowled a 427 series as Collin Pattee, another asset to last year’s team, finished with a 307 in the two games he bowled.
Pattee, Micheal Knapp, and Adam Singh split time on the lanes. Singh, a new member of the S-E bowling team, bowled a 253 series as Knapp, another newcomer, finished with a 252 to help lead the team to victory.
S-E (1-0) returns to Hi-Skor Lanes on Tuesday, December 2 against New York Mills at 4 p.m.
