NORWICH — Ten students at the SUNY Morrisville Norwich Campus were inducted into its Lambda Xi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society.
The induction ceremony held at the SUNY Morrisville Norwich Campus recognized students who have distinguished themselves in scholarship, leadership, service, and character.
Membership in PTK is one of the highest honors bestowed upon a student. Qualifications include enrollment in a certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree program, completion of a minimum of 12 semester credit hours through SUNY Morrisville, and a minimum GPA of 3.4.
“It is with great pride that we welcome our newly inducted members,” said Sarah Casscles, Norwich Campus director. “These students’ achievements reflect their hard work, integrity, perseverance, and commitment to excellence in academics.”
The new inductees are Bailey Chesebro, Human Services A.A.S.; Marissa Cuozzo, Nursing A.A.S.; Patra Daniels, Human Services B.P.S.; Ashley Ferris, Individual Studies A.A.S.; Emily Johnson, Individual Studies A.A.S.; Julia Llewellyn, Business Administration A.A.S.; Lauren Llewellyn, Individual Studies Nursing Intent A.A.S.; Mandy Quail, Human Services A.A.S.; Jordyn Riley, B.S. in Nursing; and Lilly Simonson, Human Services B.P.S.
