ENDICOTT — The Norwich Purple Tornado cross country teams traveled to the Hynes Hill course in Endicott for the 2025 STAC championships. The Norwich girls returned home in celebration as they won the STAC East Division for the third straight year, which features Oneonta, Sus Valley, and Windsor for XC.

Malea Sutton, Natalie Phillips, and Laci Zieno helped the girls become STAC East champions as Sutton ran to a 52nd place finish with a time of 24:29.80. Phillips followed in 55th with a time of 24:50.70 and Zieno in 86th with a time of 34:04.10.

Nic Sutton represented the boys and ran to a 30th place finish with a time of 17:42.60.
