The New Berlin Library is switching up how it decorates for Halloween. We are inviting the public to help decorate by making “book ghosts” to haunt the library shelves. The ghosts are made with cardboard sheets, old book pages, glue sticks, and black markers. After making a ghost you can place it in the library to join the haunting.
