NORWICH - Area singers are invited to join in singing “The Glory of Christmas: Celebrating Christ’s Birth” by Lloyd Larson.  The United Church of Christ, First Congregational of Norwich, NY, will be hosting the rehearsals and concert. The cantata will be led by UCC Music Staff members Mary Williams, Director of Music Ministries, and David Burch, organist.

This year, a children’s choir will be part of the cantata, with preparation assistance from Meena Conant and Destinie Smith. Rehearsals will be held on Sunday afternoons from 3 to 5 p.m. beginning on October 19.  The performance is planned for Sunday December 21, 2025 at 4 p.m.
