OXFORD — Join the family fun at the 6th annual Oxtoberfest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, October 4, located at Lafayette Park in Oxford.

This free event brings the community together and showcases favorite fall activities.

Oxford, NY Events & Activities-Promote Oxford Now (PON) President Sarah Smith and Vice President Jessica Henninge welcome all to the festival and said there will be about 50 crafters, a variety of food trucks, music, entertainment, and a kidzone with school group activities.

“We are so excited for this year's Oxtoberfest,” said Smith, “We have amazing crafters and vendors, food, music and kids activities.”

“This is our favorite community event and we hope that kids, teens and adults come out to enjoy the festivities,” she said.

Some of the attending crafters will be The Terracotta House, C&A Florals, Cottage Gifts, White Lily Creations, Layer Leap 3D Printing, Quilts & Curiosities by Deb Sylstra, Buy my Tie Dye, Mindfully Made, Custom Signs & Designs, Fairy Doors by Denise, Knit Happens, Amber's Custom Beads, Two Black Dogs, Petals and Pretty Things, Balsam Minerals, Mom's Got a Hobby, Frand Originals & Joyce's Child, Polar Bear Builds, Wilcox Maple Products, Red Sky Homestead, Jdilfer Crafts, Gillan Mulder Art, Strong Stone Pottery, and many more.

Nate the Great Juggling Show will run from 10 a.m. to 12 P.m. with Mega Bubble Man following, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

There will also be pumpkin carving, tattooing by Tattoos By Camille, face painting, bounce houses, a petting zoo area and corn pool.

Henninge said, “We want to welcome residents to celebrate, as well as our surrounding neighbors. Come join the fun right here in Oxford.”

She said many of the vendors are from Oxford and surrounding communities and will have a variety of talent on display.

Food vendors will include The Rolling Scones, Joe & Vinnys of Oxford, Daya's Indian Kitchen and Kutik's Honey Farm.
