GREENE — The Greene Trojans girls’ soccer team returned home after a two-game road trip to host Walton/Downsville on Thursday evening. Greene came away with a big 5-0 shutout victory.

Melanie Specht led the Trojans with two goals while Hailey Butler, Miah Cregle, and Quinlin Cavanaugh each scored one goal. Cregle, Butler, and Khloe Waltz provided assists. Cregle leads the team with six goals on the season.

Greene (4-3) heads back out on the road to play Afton/Harpursville on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
