CONKLIN – A few days after defeating Windsor 7-0, the Norwich Purple Tornado girls’ tennis team was back on the courts, taking on Sus Valley on the road. While Norwich hoped for the same outcome and showed tremendous efforts, they fell 7-0 to the Sabers. Riley Wolford in the first singles had the closest match, where she battled in defeat with scores of 6-4, 6-3 deficits.
Norwich (2-7) heads to Chenango Forks on Friday at 4:30 p.m. before returning home on Monday.
