OWEGO – On Friday, the Bainbridge-Guilford/Afton/Harpursville and Norwich cross country teams traveled to Owego High School for Owego’s Dash in the dark, an invitational that many teams always look forward to.
The BGAH boys finished eighth overall with 274 points with Corning scoring the lowest with 27 to win the meet. The BGAH girls took sixth with a total of 206 points as Nanuel came away with the victory overall with 92 points.
Boys:
The BGAH boys’ team was led by Owen Degan with a 23rd place finish with a time of 17:18.20. Sean Fowler picked up a 39th place finish with a time of 18:10.80 as Aiden Quick finished 70th (18:54.80) and Ethan Beardslee in 75th (18:58.20).
Rowan Beasinger came in 91st with a time of 19:52.90 with Jackari Garipoli running to a 104th place finish with a time of 20:26.
