CONKLIN - The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats girls soccer team kicked off its 2025 season with a 4-2 victory over Sus Valley.

The Bobcats are looking for another strong season after finishing 11-5-1 in 2024.

B-G returns many key players this season as senior captain Hannah Shackelton hyped up the team with a 35-yard free kick goal along with two goals for Breanna Casey, and a penalty kick goal for Jaysin Henderson, who led the team in assists last year.

Senior goalkeeper Danica Park had seven saves to begin her final season.

B-G (1-0) heads into the Flannery tournament in Downsville, taking on Livingston Manner this afternoon at 4:30 p.m.
