BAINBRIDGE - Here in Bainbridge, the Jericho Arts Council Gallery Committee is excited to announce its fourth annual photography show for this fall.

It will open Friday, Oct. 10, with the closing reception on Sunday, Oct. 26, at noon. Artists 18 and older are welcome to enter up to two framed, ready-to-hang photographs in each of five categories: wildlife, still life, architecture, landscape and people. There will be up to 22 monetary awards: four in each category, Best of Show and People’s Choice. The prospectus with further details is available at jerichoarts.com and in the gallery next to the Bainbridge Town Hall Theatre, upstairs at 15 N. Main St. The entry fee is $15 for the first entry and $12 for each additional. Applications must be received by Sept. 26 to be eligible for the discounted fee of $12 for one and $10 for each additional entry. Unregistered entries will be accepted at the gallery on the drop-off days: Sunday, Oct. 5, 1 to 4 p.m., and Monday, Oct. 6, 4 to 7 p.m.

Come view the exhibit during an OWP production on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 10 and 11, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 12, from 1 to 4 p.m. The next week, the gallery will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2 to 5 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The second week, the gallery opens Tuesday and Thursday, Oct. 21 and 23, from 2 to 5 p.m., and on Saturday evening, Oct. 25, from 6 to 9 p.m., during the Danny Paisley show in the Theatre. Sunday, Oct. 26: The gallery opens at noon, with the Artists’ Reception and the Awards Ceremony at 1 p.m.
