SNAP-Ed New York celebrates National Blueberry Popsicle Day, today Recently, at the Festival in Gaines Park Sherburne, Cornell Cooperative Exchange Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program Educator Mary Close shared healthier food choices and informed participants about free family activities. NORWICH — Chenango County 4-H Youth Development and SNAP-Ed New York will be celebrating National Blueberry Popsicle Day with a fun event, sure to turn everyone's lips blue.

Today, from 5 to 6:30 p.m., at 99 North Broad Street, Norwich, SNAP-Ed New York will teach the importance of eating healthy, while participants make their own blueberry popsicles.

There will be plenty of practice involved from following the recipe, measuring ingredients, and learning how to make healthy food choices.
