Oxford Golf Quickly Bounces Back With Win Over D-H

HANCOCK – The Oxford Blackhawks golf team traveled to French Woods Golf Course on Thursday to take on Deposit-Hancock. After a tough match against Sidney, Oxford quickly bounced back with a 236-258 victory.

Leading senior Bennett Paden shot a 2-under par with a 34 to lead the Blackhawks. Deposit-Hancock’s top medalist shot a 45.

Oxford (2-1) hosts Unatego/Franklin on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.
