WINDSOR – The Afton/Harpursville Field Hockey team is back for the 2025 season, under the direction of Casey and Josh Conover. Last season, the Conovers picked up their 100th win early on and added to it as the team finished third in the MAC and runner-up in Section IV, Class B for a second straight year, falling to Vestal in the championship.

The Crimson Knights began its 2025 campaign for a three-peat, but want it all this season, playing in the first round of the InVANNAtational tournament in Windsor on Thursday. The Knights defeated Walton 2-0. Key returners Gracie Bagg and Vanessa Card contributed to the team’s victory.

Bagg led the team with a goal and an assist on Vanessa Card’s goal.

Afton/Harpursville (1-0) will take on host Windsor in the tournament championship game today.
